These are not typical coffee shops, but places for like-minded individuals – those who appreciate quality coffee, atmosphere and meaningful conversations. The cafés host themed events, movie nights, and gatherings that foster a sense of community and bring together coffee lovers.
Our main goal was to package the franchise effectively to establish a network of coffee shops in Ukraine and later expand internationally. At the same time, it was crucial to maintain high product quality and the uniqueness of the concept.It was decided to refine the concept.
Viter became synonymous with a place where like-minded individuals could connect, share ideas, and engage in regular stand-up sessions or movie nights.
A month before the official launch of franchise sales, Viter signed agreements to open five new coffee shops.
The brand’s team prioritizes quality over quantity, focusing on long-term growth and collaboration with like-minded partners. The goal is not just to open new locations but to find franchisees who share the brand’s values and aspire to grow together. The expansion is gradual, with the network welcoming over 8,000 visitors each month.
In mid-2024, the team made a strategically important decision to move to a management franchise model.
The company has acquired essential tools and materials for scaling-up through franchising and is now actively expanding its network.
