From a local project to an educational franchise with European teaching standards.

The Academy of Success was founded in 2019.

Due to its innovative approach to education and active use of proprietary programs, the academy has become not just a place of learning but also a cultural hub that seamlessly blends tradition and innovation.

This alternative education model keeps pace with modern developments and aligns with all requirements of the New Ukrainian School i.e., key reforms of the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as trends in early childhood education. The centre is one of Ukraine’s leading extracurricular educational institutions, a regular participant in nationwide training programs, and the first member in Transcarpathia to join the Association of Children's Centres of Ukraine.

Challenges

Education often remains conservative, and Academy of Success aimed not only to break free from this cycle but also to create a model that meets modern standards and is accessible far beyond Transcarpathia.

Thus, the primary task was to package its unique educational model into an attractive franchise.

Results

The launch of the Children’s Academy of Success franchise was the culmination of meticulous preparation. In a short period, the network expanded, leading to the successful opening of five new academies under the franchise model – not only in Transcarpathia, but also in other regions of Ukraine. Educational centres are now operating in Perechyn, Uzhhorod, Odesa, Vinnytsia, and Lutsk.

By the end of 2024, the network had delivered over 8,000 lessons to more than 800 students.

What did we do?

  • Marketing audit and franchise concept. A detailed concept was developed to highlight the uniqueness of Academy of Success’s educational programs and methodologies. Based on an analysis of the company and competitors, we recommended implementing a software solution for hosting educational programs and operational standards, along with a modern CRM system for partner management, process optimization, and unified reporting.
  • Financial model. A transparent and efficient financial framework was designed to equip franchise partners with everything needed for a successful launch and sustainable growth.
  • Legal package. A set of legal agreements was developed to ensure the protection of rights and interests for both franchisors and franchisees.
  • Franchise presentation. A marketing kit was crafted as an effective sales tool.

What next?

The Academy of Success continues its growth, actively expanding both in Ukraine and abroad.In October 2024, its Mukachevo educational centre moved to a larger 470 sq. m location in response to increasing demand for its services. The new premises allowed for the addition of a full-day kindergarten and new courses for grades 1–4, thereby enriching the educational offerings.A standout feature of the new location is its spacious courtyard, providing children with a high-quality outdoor environment for learning and recreation.
